RTPR assisted Zarea in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake of 70% of the Domeniile Dealu Mare Urlati group. With a tradition of more than 100 years, Zarea S.A. is the most dynamic producer of sparkling wine and wine-based drinks in Romania, being the market leader in sparkling wines category. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Competition Council.
The team that advised on this transaction was coordinated by Alina Stavaru (Partner), supported by Andrei Tosa (Managing Associate) for the transaction documents, and further included Ianita Tui (Counsel), Ana Maria Barbu and Diana Dimitriu (Senior Associates), Codrina Simionescu (Managing Associate), Flavia Mincu and Maria Luca (Junior Associates) for the due diligence process.
