Serban joined RTPR in 2023. He specialises in advising and representing local and international companies in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on private law, including actions in real estate repossession, challenges to foreclosure, nullity of contracts, actions in obligation to do, litigation under law 10/2001 etc. as well as in the field of administrative law, such as cancellation / obligation of authorities to adopt PUG, PUZ, PUD, challenges in public procurement etc.
