RTPR bolsters its team with two lawyers

RTPR announces the recruitment of two new lawyers – Cristina Enaga, who joins the Corporate/M&A department as a Counsel and Bianca Florea, Associate in the competition and litigation teams.

With over 17 years of professional experience, Cristina is specialised in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and real estate. Throughout her career she has been involved in many local and multi-jurisdictional transactions in various sectors such as financial services, private equity, IT&C, real estate, retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare etc. Cristina developed her experience in local and international law firms, in the last 6.5 years being part of the Schoenherr and Associates team, and previously she was a lawyer at Voicu & Filipescu.

Bianca Florea is a lawyer in the Bucharest Bar since 2019 and has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Bucharest and the University of Paris I Panthéon – Sorbonne, and master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris and the Sorbonne. Bianca practiced in the field of competition law at two international law firms in France, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. During the last 8 months, she worked at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Government of Romania as a member of the Coordination Team of Romania’s accession process to the OECD, monitoring various committees such as Competition, Foreign Trade, Corporate Governance or Regulatory Policies.
