A&O and RTPR advise PKO Bank Polski on stem cells bank financing

Allen & Overy has advised Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. (PKO Bank Polski) on the PLN73 million and EUR5.5 million financing granted to Polski Bank Komórek Macierzystych S.A., a stem cells bank based in Poland and the largest in Europe.

The RTPR Allen & Overy team in Bucharest was led by Counsel Poliana Gogu-Naum, coordinated by Partner Victor Padurari and further included Junior Associate Andrei Konya. The A&O Warsaw team was coordinated by Partner Tomasz Kawczynski and Associate Weronika Groskrejc, and also included lawyers from Madrid and Budapest offices.
