Corporate / M&A lawyer (4-5 years’ PQE)

Whether you already have transaction experience or have worked in multidisciplinary teams, this role gives you the chance to go deeper into the legal side of M&A and move from supporting transactions to shaping them. With 120+ M&A deals in the last 5 years (including 50+ private equity transactions and 15+ above EUR 100 million), we are one of the most active M&A practices in Romania.We are looking for a 4–5 PQE corporate/M&A lawyer who wants more responsibility, more exposure and a faster path to becoming a lead deal lawyer.
