Whether you already have initial M&A exposure or have worked within multidisciplinary teams, this role gives you the opportunity to build a solid foundation and understand how transactions are structured, negotiated and closed.
With 120+ M&A deals in the last 5 years (including 50+ private equity transactions and 15+ above EUR 100 million), we are one of the most active M&A practices in Romania.
We are looking for a 2–3 PQE corporate/M&A lawyer who wants to learn faster, gain real exposure and develop into a deal lawyer.
