Roxana is a Partner of RTPR. She joined the firm in 2007. Roxana has experience in advising international companies on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, competition and labour law in Romania, as well as on data protection matters. Roxana has extensive experience in providing assistance in the merger clearance proceedings, as well as in relation to the investigations undergone by the Romanian Competition Council. Roxana offers day to day competition advice to clients and assist them in implementing competition compliance programs.
