Cosmin is a Partner of RTPR. Cosmin joined the firm in 2005. He has very extensive experience in cross-border financings and security matters, municipal loans and public debt, procurement, real estate and energy matters. He advises major international banks and financial institutions as well as domestic banks in very complex real estate finance and acquisition finance deals as well as in relation to real estate matters. He is also very experienced in project finance transactions after having advised various IFIs in the financing of some of the largest renewable projects in Romania.
