Mihai is a partner of RTPR. Mihai focuses primarily on M&A, mainstream corporate and capital markets matters. He has significant experience in financial sector related matters, such as transfer of banks or loan portfolios, having advised on a number of significant transactions on the Romanian market. Among his clients, Allianz Capital Partners, Asahi Group, RBS Bank, Lone Star, Electrica, Facebook, DHL, Banco Comercial Português stand out for recent transactions. Mihai also has extensive experience in energy related matters.

In the capital markets field, Mihai frequently advises issuers and intermediaries on high profile deals on the Romanian market. Recent highlights include Electrica’s IPO, Purcari’s IPO or Autonom’s bond issue.
