Raluca Nastase


Raluca is a partner of RTPR. She joined the firm in 2020, after 14 years as partner in a leading Romanian law firm where she headed the real estate and insolvency practices. Raluca specialises in real estate, insolvency and litigation, she has coordinated important real estate projects, managing complex transactions that involved restructuring, property titles, due diligence, litigation, construction and development, leases. In the insolvency area, Raluca stood out as one of the most experienced professionals, acting as an administrator or liquidator in projects worth several hundreds of millions of euros for companies in the real estate, transportation and pharmaceutical sectors. Moreover, Raluca is a litigator with a high success rate.
