Bianca joined RTPR in 2023. She specialises in advising and representing local and international companies in litigation and dispute resolution. Bianca also has experience in advising domestic and international companies on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, by participating in due diligence procedures and drafting corporate documentation, day to day corporate advice.
